Warranty is based on reasonable adherence to required scheduled maintenance
including but not limited to lubrication of bearings and seals (lubrication
schedule found in service manual), cleaning of chemical residue from machine
surfaces and keeping machine mounting secured.
This limited-time Maytag® Extra-Protection 5-Year Limited Warranty offer is
available through December 31, 2005.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, and the remedies of the
owner set forth in this warranty are exclusive. In no event shall the owner be
entitled to incidental, special or consequential damages.
